Pet Policy

We allow up to two pets per apartment, only one of which may be a dog. There are no breed restrictions, but the dog must be 25 lbs. or under fully grown. Cats must be indoor only and be spayed or neutered. An additional $300 will be added to the security deposit and $25/month rent will be charged for each pet.
